Hi, I’m Sarah Gillmer, a certified Enneagram Coach.
With a background in CPG, local television, and nonprofit sectors, I’ve worked with both established and emerging brands, marketing and tech startups, and community-focused organizations. My passion for personality tests has always been rooted in understanding myself and supporting the teams I’ve led. When I discovered the Enneagram, it was the breakthrough I needed to let go of the armor I’d built up over the years and finally feel seen.
I now have the privilege of helping business leaders, community organizers, and nonprofit executives navigate the demands of their roles while staying grounded in who they truly are. Together, we uncover the motivations, fears, and desires beneath the surface to help them achieve personal and professional transformation. This deeper self-awareness leads to meaningful growth, inspiring clarity, compassion, and renewed purpose as they work toward their goals.
